Jay Gilbert’s first career in the managed health care industry took him and his family from Florida to Virginia, Connecticut and finally Indiana, where for eighteen years, he was the President and CEO of a local physician sponsored health plan. Working his way up from claims processor to President, Jay promised himself he would never forget where he started and how leaders impact people’s lives, especially employees and their families. He passionately believed that if he took care of the employees, they would take care of the customers creating success for the company.

Jay understands the importance of staying on top of all these details, while maintaining compassion for the stress of buying and selling a home puts on the parties involved. Upon becoming Empty Nester, he and his wife decided to move back home to Florida to be near family, especially their parents, children and grandchildren.
He holds both a BSBA in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a MBA from the University of Saint Francis.
