PALM BEACH COUNTY
Inventory continues to rise in June, with year-over-year supply of inventory reaching 3 months – a 30.4% increase from June 2022. The median sale price remained fairly consistent from 2022 with a 0.8% increase at $625,000.
MARTIN COUNTY
Inventory continues to rise in June, with year-over-year supply of inventory reaching 2.9 months – a 31.8% increase from June 2022. The median sale price remained fairly consistent from 2022 with a 1.4% increase at $598,500.
ST. LUCIE COUNTY
Inventory decreased in June, but year-over-year supply of inventory reaching 2.3 months – a 15% increase from June 2022. The median sale price also decreased from 2022 at 2.3% landing at $390,000.
